I have been on the search for a little bag for Jack for a while now. I thought I could allow him to choose what to bring with him on our trips, thus giving him a sense of independence. Well, it wasn't easy. Most bags were much too big for his wee frame. Then, I came across this cute Cat in the Hat rucksack on Etsy. It arrived all the way from Japan, hand made by a talented American seamstress who runs the shop and blog Marine Parents.
Well, on today's trip to the beach, Jack chose to pack a white chocolate mouse, his sippy cup, 3 duplo pieces and the letter 'k' alphabet block. Certainly the chocolate and drink were a good choice. The blocks... not so much.

he looks so cute :) xxo

ReplyDeleteGood is such a relative term - - - I imagine to Jack, for whatever reason, the blocks were a good choice at the time.
